Do my customers need an app?

No. They scan your poster with the phone camera and get a number in the browser.

Does it cost anything to set up?

No. Setting up a queue is free.

Can I call numbers from another room?

Yes. Your phone is the caller, so you can tap Call next from anywhere.

How do I get the poster?

After setup, tap Print QR poster on the caller screen.

I already use the KeepPro app.

Open the app instead of a setup link. A setup link on the web makes a second queue.

Can a tablet hand out the numbers instead of a poster?

Yes. Start from "A tablet at the counter" on the home page. Then open Screens & links on the caller and open Hand out numbers on the tablet (scan its QR code with the tablet). Each tap gives the next number and a QR code the customer scans to follow it.

Can I show the number on a TV?

Yes. Open Screens & links on the caller and open Number display on a smart TV, a computer on a monitor or a spare tablet. It changes as soon as you tap Call next.

Can it call the numbers out loud?

Yes. Open Shout Out on the caller and turn it on. The phone or tablet you call from says each number, so turn its volume up.
